My husband and I saw this recipe on tv a few weeks ago and he's been talking about it ever since. We stumbled across some lump lobster meat at Costco and the rest is history. Watching a recipe come together on television always makes me think I could do that. And this time it was true. The ingredient list seems long and a little overwhelming but everything is easily prepped ahead of time and most of it you'll already have in your kitchen. Making the filling is easy and straight forward. The dough comes together quickly in a food processor and turns into an incredibly flaky crust when baked. I can't wait to make it again, until then I'm heading to the kitchen for leftovers.
